Join, approve, membership fee
Guests self-register on Join with ID photos. At the till or in Manager, staff create a member and scan a QR so the guest’s phone takes front/back ID photos — typed fields stay on screen. Approve in Manager; pass email goes out. Optional membership fee mode: discounts only while the period is paid (validUntil), with green / orange / red badges on POS. Deactivate and the QR dies everywhere.

Guests scan the table QR, order from the live catalog (everyone or members-only), and lines land on the bar / waiter table cart — kitchen fires when food is on. Floor map, reserve, combine, lock.

Optional Raspberry Pi on club Wi‑Fi. Staff use venue.yourdomain on the LAN even when the public internet drops. When WAN returns, hub and cloud sync both ways — sales, members, catalog, tables, kitchen, cash days — so both sides stay identical.

Ticket/Drink is the live door app — All / Guest list / Tickets / Passes, Buy ticket with shareable QR, and drink credits on the same guest row Manager sees.

POS and waiter fire kitchen tickets to a live board. Settings → Kitchen mode: Ticket or Item. Stock adjusts in 0.1 for g/kg and whole units for pc/ml — on Manager and Waiter.
Numbers from the same night
Ticket report, Compare and Day logs use sold / checked-in / kitchen / stock data from the venue database — not a separate analytics toy.
